Returns or Exchanges:

Each piece of our diamond jewellery is meticulously crafted to meet your unique preferences and specifications. Therefore, returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt. We do not accommodate returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing (resizing options available), or change of mind. Once a purchase is finalized, it is considered binding, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Every piece of diamond jewellery from Southern Star Diamonds is accompanied by a warranty against manufacturing defects. If you encounter any issues with workmanship, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance. Manufacturing defects will be covered and resolved at no cost to you.

Cancellation Policy:

Once an order is placed, the diamond is reserved for you, and therefore, the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. However, cancellations may be subject to a fee. For further details, please reach out to our Customer Service team.

Return of Faulty or Damaged Orders:

To initiate the return process for faulty or damaged orders, please email contactus@southernstardiamonds.com, and one of our team members will assist you.

For mail returns, ensure all original packaging, accompanying materials are included. Securely wrap the jewellery in protective packaging along with a copy of the invoice and your contact information. Failure to comply may affect the refund amount.

Clients are responsible for their own shipping method and insurance. Return postage and insurance costs are borne by the client. This policy applies to both local and international clients. Southern Star Diamonds bears no liability for loss or damage during return shipping. We strongly advise obtaining proof of delivery, such as a signed receipt upon our receipt of the package. Refund Process:

Upon receipt of your returned item, our jeweller will inspect its condition and accompanying documents. Refunds are typically processed within 1 to 7 business days after receiving the item. Refunds will be issued based on the customer's original method of payment.

Exceptions to This Return Policy:

Southern Star Diamonds reserves the right to decline refunds or exchanges if:

The item is not returned within 30 days of dispatch.

Evidence of use or wear is present.

The item is custom-made.

A ring has been resized to your specifications.

Incorrect finger size is provided by the client.

The reason for returning is not related to quality concerns.

Quality issues are easily rectifiable by our jeweller.

Damage occurs due to inadequate or careless storage, post-delivery.

The item has been altered by another jeweller.
