Returns & Exchanges
Due to the delicate and high-value nature of our handcrafted diamond jewellery, returns are accepted only in cases where the item is damaged upon delivery. This policy helps us maintain the integrity and authenticity of every SSD creation.
Please note that size-related issues are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Complimentary Resizing
If your jewellery does not fit as expected, we offer one complimentary resizing within 60 days of delivery, subject to design feasibility.
Damaged Items – How to Initiate a Return
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 working days of delivery.

If a diamond certificate is lost or damaged, a replacement certificate can be issued upon request.
